芬兰阿尔托大学的创业教育实践及其比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 创业型大学导向、跨学科教育变革策略和紧密服务区域经济社会发展是芬兰阿尔托大学成功转型的重要原因。在清晰界定创业型大学概念的基础之上,采用结构化案例阐述阿尔托大学跨学科学术组织结构、跨学科联合培养课程计划和项目导向的跨学科实践教学等创业变革策略,并为我国基于学科导向的传统大学向创业型大学的动态转型提出对策建议。 The orientation of entrepreneurial university, the strategy of the educational reform of interdisciplinary and the serving to the regional economic development are the important reasons for the successful transformation of Aalto university, Finland. On the basis of clearly defining the connotation of entrepreneurial university, we explaine the interdisciplinary academic organization of Aalto university, the lesson plan of interdisciplinary joint training and the project-oriented strategies of interdisciplinary teaching practice. Finally, we present proposals to Chinese universities: to transform from a traditional discipline-oriented university to a dynamic entrepreneurial university.
