美国佐治亚州学前教育机构质量评级实践与启示 被引量:1

摘要 佐治亚州学前教育质量评级目的并不在于将学前教育机构分出三六九等,而是为各类学前教育机构提供全方位帮助以促进学前教育的整体提升。评级以明确的质量标准为引导,全方位公平援助为后盾,评级指标聚焦于"人",评级方式与结果综合考量,多种方式扩大质量评级影响,大力营造质量提升监测氛围。建议我国学前教育建立明确统一的评价系统——变"多纲多本"为"一纲多等";调整评价聚焦点——由静态向动态、由重"物"向重"人"转变;纠正评价目标取向——由评出"优质园"向"保障基本质量均衡"转变;公开整个评估过程——由封闭的单向度评估向多方参与、监督转变。 The purpose of quality rating of early childhood education in Georgia is to improve the quality of early childhood education as a whole through providing all kinds of support and service to the latter. There are some characteristics in the practice. Firstly, rating is based on many quality standards. Secondly, extensive and fair support services are backup force. Thirdly,the criteria of rating are concrete and focus on the participants of education. Fourthly,the methods and the outcome of rating are under consideration comprehensively. Fifthly,take all kinds of measures to enhance the influence of quality rating.
