摘要
在核电压缩空气分配系统调试期间,由于隔离阀前后压力不一致,隔离阀在开启瞬间流速很大,导致在设置在隔离阀前的流量计损坏。针对这种情况,利用CFX流体分析计算软件,建立模型计算开启瞬间压缩空气的流速,确定阀门的最大开度,为后续工程压缩空气系统调试提供参考。
During the nuclear compressed air distribution system debugging,Due to the isolation valve pressure is not consistent,velocity of isolation valve in open instantaneous is very large,leading to the flow meter damage in setting up in front of the isolation valve. Aiming at this situation,establishing the flow rate of the model by CFX fluid calculation software calculation the velocity of isolation valve in open instantaneous, determine the largest opening of the valve, provide the reference for subsequent projects in Compressed air system debugging.
