摘要 照明用白光LED大多数是由蓝光LED芯片激发黄色YAG∶Ce^(3+)系荧光粉得到。荧光粉的温度猝灭性质显著地影响WLED的光效和光色参数,通过利用LED加速老化与寿命测试系统,研究了用YAG∶Ce^(3+)系荧光粉制成的WLED在60 mA电流驱动下的变温亮度和500 h内的光色参数变化,结果表明温度会显著影响WLED的光效、光色参数。 Coating the LED chips with a series of YAG ∶Ce^(3+)yellow phosphor constitutes the major method to realize white LED lighting. The temperature quenching of phosphor directly determines the luminous property of WLED(white-light LED). In this paper,by using the accelerated aging and life testing system,researches focusing on thelight brightness differences of WLED made of YAG ∶Ce^(3+)phosphor under 60 mA an diverse temperatures in 500 hours. The luminous flux test shows that the temperature significantly affected luminous efficacy and property.
