Analysis on Smart Broadcasting Service Requirement and Exploration on Technical Architecture

建设智慧城市是贯彻党中央、国务院关于创新驱动发展、推动新型城镇化、全面建成小康社会的重要举措。本文分析了基于广电网络开展智慧城市业务具备的优势,开展"智慧广电"各个业务类别的需求分析并提出应用案例,基于需求分析探讨了"智慧广电"业务系统技术架构,以及安全可管可控措施,为广电运营商开展"智慧广电"业务提供方向性的参考。

Construction of ＂Smart City＂ is an important measure to implement innovation-driven development, promote the new urbanization and build a moderately prosperous society. In this paper, the advantages of building a ＂Smart City＂ by utilization of radio and television networks are analyzed. Service demands of each category of Smart Radio ＆ TV service are introduced, and some application cases are investigated. According to the analysis, the Smart Radio ＆ TV services technical architecture and security measures are proposed. This paper is written with an attempt to suggest a good reference for operators to build Smart Radio ＆ TV services.
