This paper analyzes emergency broadcast system＇s several technologies＇ advantages in terms of implementation, usage of transmission cover resource and operation and maintenance. It discusses an overall architecture of a DTMB TS streaming-based digital emergency broadcast system in aspects, such as building ideas, system components and key technologies.
