With the continuous development of network and information technology. China Radio International has built an information management system that is focused on the visualization of basic resources and actual broadcasting results. The first phase of the system has now been put into operation. This article explains background, functional requirements and implementation of the system. Also it makes several suggestions regarding system design and practical applications.
