A new promising gooseberry cultivar'Pixwell'which is an important cultivar for commercial cultivation in the Northeast of China were selected from the introduced cultivars from the United States.It is very large fruit size,good quality,long fruit stick and easy to pick,strong vigor,high disease resistant ability and consistent productivity.
