一种阳离子油田污水絮凝剂的合成及性能

摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为聚合单体,以过硫酸铵/无水亚硫酸钠为氧化还原剂,采用水溶液聚合法,制得了一种阳离子油田污水絮凝剂PCF。以SL油田采出污水为研究对象,利用正交实验确定了PCF的最佳合成条件:n(AM)/n(DMDAAC)=2∶1,引发剂浓度0.075‰,反应时间6 h,反应温度40℃。PCF与聚合硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝复配实验表明,PCF+聚合氯化铝的复配体系的絮凝效果最好,最佳的配方为:10 mg/L PCF+2 000 mg/L聚氯化铝,在50℃絮凝后,污水的透光率为94.82%。温度和污水pH值对复配体系的絮凝效果影响因素表明,温度越高,絮凝效果越好,该复配体系适用的油田采出污水pH值的范围为6-9。 A kind of cationic oil field sewage flocculant PCF was synthesized using aqueous solution polymerization with acrylamide and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride as polymerization of monomers,ammonium persulfate/anhydrous sodium sulfite as REDOX.Using SL oilfield produced sewage as research object,the optimum reaction conditions of PCF were determined using orthogonal experiment: n(AM)/n( DMDAAC) = 2∶1,initiator concentration is 0.075‰,reaction time is 6 h,reaction temperature is40 ℃.PCF and polymerization of aluminium sulphate and polyaluminium chloride compound experiments show that the flocculation effect of PCF + polyaluminium chloride compound system is best,the best formula is: 10 mg/L PCF + 2 000 mg/L polyaluminium chloride,the light transmittance is 94.82% under the condition of 50 ℃.Temperature and pH value affect the flocculation effect of the compound system.The results indicated that the higher the temperature,the better flocculation effect,the pH value range of compound system is from 6 to 9.
