摘要
以碳酸氢铵和醋酸锌为原料,采用PEG400为辅助分解剂制备氧化锌。利用场发射扫描电镜、X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱和氮气低温吸附脱附对产品的形貌、结构及组成和吸附性能进行分析。结果表明,所制得的前驱体为碱式碳酸锌Zn_5(OH)_6(CO_3)_2,经150℃下辅助分解5 h所得ZnO形貌为类似毛线绒团,颗粒表面为有序排列的片状结构,X射线衍射峰形尖锐,产品纯度较高,BET比表面积为37.4 m^2/g,具有较强的吸附能力。ZnO对亚甲基蓝模拟废水表现出良好的光降解活性,90 min内亚甲基蓝降解率可以达到96.02%。
Using ammonium bicarbonate and zinc acetate as raw materials,zinc oxide was prepared by PEG400 aided thermal decomposition.The morphology,composition and BET specific surface area of the product were analyzed by field emission scanning electron microscopy( SEM),X-ray diffraction( XRD),fourier transform infrared spectrum( FTIR) and nitrogen adsorption and desorption at low temperature.The results showed that zinc oxide could be abtained by PEG400 aided thermal decomposition of Zn5(OH)6(CO3)2 under 150 ℃ for 5 h and its morphology presented wool pile group structure and fine flake structure orderly arranged on the surface of particles.It owned sharp X-ray diffraction peak,high purity and BET specific surface area of 37.4 m^2/ g.ZnO powder showed good photodegradation activity to simulated wastewater of methylene blue.The degradation rate of methylene blue could reach 96.02% under visible light irradiation for 90 min.
