摘要
为使以玉米秸秆为代表的一类农作物秸秆更好地应用于钻井液中,探索了其处理方法、合成条件及其在钻井液中的各种性能。以聚合物的接枝率为评价指标,通过单因素合成实验,确定了两性秸秆纤维素聚合物的最佳合成条件为:聚合温度40℃,反应时间8 h,引发剂浓度0.6%,n(秸秆CMC)∶n(DMC)=1∶3。秸秆共聚物加量为0.4%时,表观黏度、塑性黏度、动切力增加明显,表现出较强的提粘、提切能力;滤失量由29 m L降至11.8 m L,表现出较好的降滤失作用;回收率可达93.3%,表明共聚物在页岩表面不仅具有很强的吸附能力,还具有很好的防塌性;页岩膨胀试验中,随着聚合物加量增大,膨胀率逐渐变小,在加量为0.5%时,膨胀率降至14.26%,表现出其对页岩较好的抑制膨胀性能。
To make corn straw as the represented of crops straw better used in drilling fluid,explore its processing method,synthetic conditions and its various performance in drilling fluid.Grafting ratio of polymer as evaluation index,the optimum reaction of the amphoteric cellulose polymers base corrosion inhibitors was obtained as follows: 40 ℃ reaction temperature,8 h reaction time,0.6% amount of initiator,n(straw CMC)∶n(DMC)=1∶3.When plus the amount of starch copolymer was 0.4%,the apparent viscosity,plastic viscosity and shear force are significantly increased,showing a greater increase in the viscosity and shear capacity; the amount of drilling fluid loss from 29 m L fell to 11.8 mL,which showing better fluid loss effect; when shale recovery rate increased to 93.3%,copolymer in shale surface indicate that not only has a strong adsorption ability,but also has the very good prevent collapse,in the shale swelling experiment,as polymer added amount increase,inflation became smaller,when the added amount of 0.5%,inflation rate fell to 14.26%,showing its good inhibition in shale swelling performance.
