摘要
以杜仲雄花为原料,单因素结合正交实验,研究了超声辅助杜仲雄花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件,并评价不同处理方式对其总黄酮含量的影响及抗氧化性。结果表明,杜仲雄花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度60%,超声温度60℃,超声功率250 W,超声时间20 min,料液比1∶30(g/m L)。该条件下,阴干、杀青、炒制和花粉样品的提取率分别是2.18%,1.85%,3.58%和2.46%,杜仲雄花总黄酮能够有效地清除羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和亚硝酸盐,优于同浓度条件下抗氧化剂VC。
Taking male flowers of Eucommia ulmoides as raw material,based on single factor experiments and orthogonal test,the extraction rate and antioxidant activities of total flavonoids with differently treated from male flowers of Eucommia ulmoides by ultrasonic were studied.The results showed that the optimum extraction technology of total flavonoids from male flowers of Eucommia ulmoides were as follows: ethanol concentration 60%,extraction temperature 60 ℃,ultrasonic power 250 W,abstracting time 20 min and the ratio of solid to extracting liquid 1∶30( g/mL).Under this condition,the extraction yield of air-dried,fixing,stir-frying and pollen was 2.18%,1.85%,3.58% and 2.46%.The total flavonoids showed good ability for scavenging the hydroxyl radical,superoxide anion radical,nitrite and reducing ability was increased as the amount of the complexes increased,which was superior to the conventional antioxidants of ascorbic acid.
