摘要 采用单一组分物质进行可溶性淀粉的交联反应条件优化,考察了交联剂用量、淀粉溶液浓度、油水比(体积比)、反应温度对吸水(油)率的影响。结果表明,单一组分物质能够实现可溶性淀粉的交联,体系均一稳定,"破乳"原理的应用能够使油水相迅速分层,便于分离精制,不仅节省有机溶剂的用量,而且对微球的性能没有任何影响。在可溶性淀粉干基5 g,环氧氯丙烷用量1.5 m L,油水比(体积比)5∶1,反应温度50℃的条件下,淀粉微球的吸水率可达4 015%。 The cross-linking reaction conditions of soluble starch were optimized by using single component material,and the effects of the amount of crosslinking agent,the concentration of starch solution,the ratio of oil to water( volume ratio) and the reaction temperature on the rate of water absorption( oil) were investigated.The results show that the single component substance can achieve crosslinking of soluble starch which has stable homogeneous system.The application of the principle of "demulsification" to the oil-water phase can make the solution separated quickly and purified easily.This step not only saves the amount of organic solvents,but also has no effect on the performance of the microspheres.In the reaction conditions of soluble starch dry base 5 g,the amount of epoxy chloride is 1.5 m L,the oil/water ratio(volume ratio) 5∶1,the reaction temperature of 50 degrees,the water absorption of starch microspheres can reach 4 015%.
