摘要
以中药材川佛手为碳源,利用水热反应合成了荧光碳纳米点,讨论了水热反应时间、水热反应温度及川佛手的用量对水热反应过程的影响,并通过TEM图和荧光光谱图对荧光碳纳米点进行了结构及性能表征。结果表明,反应釜中溶剂水的体积为30 mL的条件下,水热反应时间为3 h,水热反应温度为160℃和川佛手质量为0.5 g时得到的荧光碳纳米点发光效率最高。此法操作简单、成本低,合成出的荧光碳纳米点水溶性好。
Fluorescent carbon nanodots utilizing Chinese herbs: Chuan Bergamot as a carbon source via hydrothermal method is developed.The effect of reaction time,reaction temperature and the amount of Chuan Bergamot on hydrothermal synthesis process was investigated in the present work.Fluorescent carbon nanodots were characterized by TEM image and fluorescence spectroscopy.Results show that when the total volume of the solvent water is 30 mL,reaction time is 3 h,reaction temperature is 160 ℃ and Chuan Bergamot quality is 0.5 g is optimal because the obtained fluorescent carbon nanodots show the highest luminescent efficiency.This method is simple and low cost,and it is a good solution for the synthesis of fluorescent carbon nanodots.
