摘要
合成了一种油基钻井液增粘剂磷酸酯铝。磷酸三乙酯和五氧化二磷反应生成聚磷酸酯,进而与正癸醇、正辛醇、月桂醇和正丁醇的混合醇反应生成磷酸酯混合物,最后与铝盐反应,生成二取代的磷酸酯铝。结果表明,合成聚磷酸酯的最佳反应条件是:磷酸三乙酯与五氧化二磷的摩尔比1.40∶1,反应温度86℃,反应时间4 h;合成二烷基磷酸酯的最佳反应条件是:正癸醇、正辛醇、月桂醇、正丁醇的质量分数分别为24%,24%,24%和28%,混醇与五氧化二磷的摩尔比3.8∶1,反应温度125℃,反应时间4 h。用IR表征了其结构。该增粘剂能配制柴油基油包水乳化钻井液,体系具有较好的乳化稳定性和较低的滤失量。
Using triethyl phosphate and phosphorus pentoxide as raw materials to synthesize polyphosphate intermediates,then generated phosphate intermediates with the mixtures of n-decanol,n-octanol,lauryl alcohol and n-hexy1 alcohol,and finally the aluminum salt was added,a aluminum dialkyl phosphate was synthesized.The results show that the optimal reaction conditions of the phosphate monoester's production are that: the mole ratio of phosphate and phosphorus pentoxide is 1.40∶1,reaction temperature is 86 ℃,reaction time is 4 h.The dialkyl phosphate's best reaction conditions are that: the mass fractions of n-decanol,n-octanol,Lauryl alcohol and n-hexyl alcohol respectively is 24%,24%,24%,28%,the mole ratio of them and phosphorus pentoxide is 3.8∶1,reaction temperature is 125 ℃,reaction time is 4 h.The chemical structure was characterized by IR.The diesel oil-based drilling fluid has been prepared,and the system has a good emulsion stability and low filtration.
