摘要
以双氧水工作液为主要分析对象,研究了正相液相色谱法中保留时间漂移的影响因素和解决办法。采用单因素实验法,考察了流动相组成和温度变化对保留时间的影响。在研究过程中,选取了正己烷-二氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯(80∶19.5∶0.5,v/v)或正己烷-二氯甲烷-甲基叔丁基醚(80∶19.5∶0.5,v/v)和正己烷-二氧六环(95∶5,v/v)流动相体系对双氧水工作液进行了分析研究,结果表明,流动相组分中含有挥发性和强吸水性组分时,对保留时间漂移影响明显;当流动相组分中含有易挥发性溶剂时,环境温度和柱温的改变对保留时间的漂移影响明显。最后,针对影响保留时间漂移的因素,提出了对应的解决办法。
The influence factors and solutions for retention time drift in the normal phase liquid chromatograph were studied by used hydrogen peroxide working solution as main study object.The effects of mobile phase composition and temperature changes on the retention time drift has been investigated by single factor experiment.During the research,hexane-dichloromethane-ethyl acetate(80 ∶19.5 ∶0.5,v/v) or hexane-dichloromethane-MTBE(80∶19.5∶0.5,v/v) and hexane-dioxane(95∶5,v/v) as mobile phase was selected to study hydrogen peroxide working solution.The results showed that when the mobile phase contains volatile solvents and strong water absorption solvents components,the retention time drift can happen.The environment temperature and column temperature changes could cause significant retention time drift when the mobile phase with volatile solvents were used.Finally,the corresponding solutions were proposed according to the factors that affected the retention time drift.
