摘要
从微观层面上可以发现中美教育差异的一个重要源头是教室文化的差异,美国"教室文化"这一概念是指学生的学习和教师的教学赖以进行的物质、制度和价值相互影响的存在形态,包括静态的物理空间、规则系统、活动程序和环节三个组成部分。对美国"教室文化"的构建可以从美国国家核心价值观、学校共同价值观、学校秉持的基本教育理念和个体教师四个维度进行解读。
This study was found that from the micro-level the difference of classroom-culture was one of the important origins of the education difference between China andAmerican by a case of school observation. So the research question is how the Americanschool classroom-culture been constructed. Then the study defines "classroom-culture" asthe presence of three co- affected parts including matters,institutions and values whichlearning and teaching be carrying on. Then the study use of qualitative research methods an-alyzing that the US national core values,school common values,the basic philosophy of edu-cation which school uphold and the individual teacher are the four dimensions of the con-struction of American school classroom-culture. Finally,this study proposed research ques-tions worthy of further consideration.
