摘要 2014年发布的《澳大利亚大学教学规范与标准框架》包括七部分内容:设计与规划学习活动,教学与辅助学生学习,对学生学习给予评估与反馈,创设有效的学习环境,将学术、科研、专业活动与教学相融合,开展实践评估并持续专业发展,职业化与个人化效能。该框架不仅有利于澳大利亚应对21世纪以来高等教育领域的重大变化给大学教学带来的挑战,更为重要的是它唤起了不同类型大学对教师教学工作的重视,为大学教师创设了一条教学型学术职涯路径,使教学与科研共享同等地位,保证学生获得优质的教学成果。 The Australian university teaching criteria and standards framework whichwas promulgated in 2014 mainly include seven aspects:design and planning of learning ac-tivities,teaching and supporting student learning,assessment and giving feedback to stu-dents on their learning,developing effective learning environments,student support andguidance,integration of scholarship,research and professional activities with teaching andin support of student learning,evaluation of practice and continuing professional develop-ment,professional and personal effectiveness. The framework is helpful for quality teachingto respond to significant changes in the higher education sphere. What's more,it hasaroused the attention to quality teaching of diversified universities,developed a teaching-intensive academic career pathway,defined teaching share the same position with research,to ensure students get the benefit of quality learning.
