Oversea libraries engage in activities which could produced collective impact, focus on practice solution of social problems, give much inspiration for domestic libraries＇ service transformation and creation improvement, which includes, development of libraries＇ role in social system, solution for social problem through systematic module, focus on the compliance of efforts, promotion cooperation through collective impact module, conclusion of libraries＇ community engagement practice, display libraries＇ leading role in community engagement, promotion of community＇s sustainable development through the strength of culture which come from libraries＇ core knowledge and culture services.
