摘要
油田抽油机变频装置配套较多,但抽油机由于变频装置等非线性负载的加入,系统谐波问题严重,同时功率因数仍然较低,对电网质量及设备正常运行造成严重影响,为解决以上问题,提高电网质量,进行了动态无功补偿平衡滤波技术的研究,采用动态监测分析系统无功和谐波分量并发出相应电流进行抵消的方式补偿系统无功、消除系统谐波。现场试验中,抽油机系统功率因数接近于1.0,谐波含量较应用前也大大降低,提高了电网质量,保证设备正常运行,能够适应油田生产需要。
The variable frequency device of oil field pumping units is a complete system which contains many corollary equipments. Due to adding the nonlinear load such as frequency conversion device, the problems of system harmonic is very serious in oil pumping units, and the power factor is still low, which have seriously influenced the quality of power grid and the normal operation of equipments. In order to solve the above problems and improve the quality of power grid, the technology of dynamic balance of re- active power compensation filter was researched in this paper, and the reactive power and harmonic elimi- nation of system were compensated by using gdynamic monitoring to analyse the reactive power and har- monic component, and using a corresponding way to offset current. In the field test, the power factor of pumping unit was closed to 1. 0, the harmonic content was greatly reduced than that of no application, and the quality of power grid was improved under the premise of ensuring the normal operation of equipment and meeting the need of oil field production.
