单硝酸异山梨酯联合舒血宁对稳定型心绞痛患者血液流变学指标的影响

The Effects of the Isosorbide Mononitrate Combined with Shuxuening on Blood Rheology Indexes of Patients with Stable Angina Pectoris

目的:探讨单硝酸异山梨酯联合舒血宁对稳定型心绞痛患者血液流变学的影响。方法:将86例稳定型心绞痛患者按随机数表法分成观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组患者实行常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上采用单硝酸异山梨酯联合舒血宁治疗。对比两组患者的血液流变学指标及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:单硝酸异山梨酯联合舒血宁能有效改善稳定型心绞痛患者的血液流变学指标,提高临床疗效。

Objective：To investigate the effects of the isosorbide mononitrate combined with shuxuening on blood rheology indexes of patients with stable angina pectoris.Methods：86patients with stable angina pectoris were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,43 cases each.The control group patients were supplied with the routine treatment.The observation group patients were treated with isosorbide mononitrate combined with shuxuening on this basis.The blood rheology indexes and the clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results：After treatment,the level of high shear whole blood viscosity,the level of low shear whole blood viscosity,the level of plasma viscosity and the fibrinogen level in the observation group patients were clearly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The treatment efficiency of the observation group patients was unusually higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The isosorbide mononitrate combined with shuxuening can availably improve the blood rheology indexes and the clinical curative effect of patients with stable angina pectoris.
