摘要
目的:比较苦参素联合NB-UVB与单独应用NB-UVB治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效。方法:将入选的96例患者随机分为2组,每组48例。治疗组采用苦参素胶囊口服200mg,3次/d,并予以NB-UVB照射治疗,3次/周。对照组仅以NB-UVB照射治疗,3次/周。通过比较两组患者在治疗2个月后白斑的复色程度,评价疗效。结果:两组同期治疗的有效率、显效率及色素积分比较,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苦参素联合NB-UVB治疗稳定期白癜风的复色效果优于单独NB-UVB照射,且疗效稳定。
Objective： To compare the clinical effect between Oxymatrine combined with NB-UVB and used NB-UVB alone in the treatment of stable vitiligo. Methods： 96 patients with stable vitiligo were divided into 2 groups by randomi- zation. Therapy group was given oral Oxymatrine capsule, 200rag each time, three times a day, and combined with NB- UVB three times a week. Control group was only received NB-UVB three times a week. 2 months later, we observed the degree of repigmentation on skin lesion from two groups to assess the effect of treatment. Results：Efficiency rate, obvious effect rate and pigment integral in the same period, therapy group was significantly higher than control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Oxymatrine with NB-UVB was superior to NB-UVB alone in treating stable vitiligo, and this combi- nation could repigrnentation stably.
