高血压脑出血手术方式探讨

Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Operation Mode

目的:选择不同的高血压脑出血手术方式,并分析其手术治疗效果。方法:选择2006年1月1日-2015年12月31日我院收治的高血压脑出血患者200例,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用硬通道锥颅血肿引流术,对照组采用开颅血肿清除术,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:实验组病死率为22.0%,明显低于对照组的48.0%;两组在偏瘫开始恢复时间、术后并发症情况结果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);迟发再出血差异不显著无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对高血压脑出血手术方式的选择,需要考虑到患者的个体情况,选择最佳的手术治疗时机与手术方式,实现有效提高患者的生存质量与预后的效果。

Objective：Choose a different surgical approach hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,and analyze the surgical treatment.Methods：Select January 1,2006 to December 31,2015 in our hospital 200 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,the experimental group with a hard skull hematoma drainage channel,the control group using hematoma evacuation were compared clinical outcomes.Results：Between the two groups in gender,age,basic disease,surgery preconscious state,the bleeding site,bleeding was not statistically significant（P0.05）,22.0% in the experimental group mortality was significantly lower than the control group 48.0%,a statistically significant difference significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：With hard skull hematoma drainage channel mortality and quality of life aspects are more good craniotomy surgery,craniotomy for large amount of bleeding in critically ill patients with symptoms,early due to rapid decompression,has a positive effect on the prognosis.Therefore,for the selected hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgical procedure,to take into account individual circumstances of each patient choose the best surgical treatment time,amount of bleeding from many aspects,the clinical symptoms to consider what sort of trade-off operation mode,the patients choose the best surgical approach,while those who need to strengthen their surgery surgical techniques,while paying attention to nursing interventions,improve the quality of life and prognosis.
