MOOC背景下高校教师的分类发展——基于高等教育课程市场化的视角 被引量:1

摘要 高校教师的分类发展是教师专业发展的内在需求,是MOOC建设的现实需要,它不仅有利于进一步提升现有教师队伍的专业化水平,还有利于吸引社会各行各业的优秀人才参与到高校人才培养工作中来,最终形成高水平的教学团队,建设高质量的课程,提高人才培养质量。分类发展理念虽早已被提出,但基本上是作为分类管理的前提背景被提及,相关成果的研究重点是"管理"而不是"发展"。MOOC的持续发展逐步推进了高等教育课程市场的形成,成为真正实现高校教师分类发展的突破口。在课程市场化的背景下,打造课程建设"实践共同体"是高校教师分类发展的成效保障。 The classified development is the intrinsic demand of the college teachers' professional development,and the need for the construction of MOOC.It is not only conducive to further enhance the existing teachers professional level,but also conducive to attracting excellent talents in all walks of life to participate in the university personnel training work,and ultimately the formation of a high level teaching team,construction of high quality curriculum and improve the quality of personnel training.The concept of teachers' classified development have already been proposed,but basically is referred to as background classified management,which focuses on the related achievements of"management"instead of"development".The continued development of MOOC gradually promoted the formation of higher education curriculum market,which become the real breakthrough in college teachers' classified development.Under the background of higher education Curriculum market,building the"practical community"is to protect the effectiveness of college teachers' classified development.
