A Study on the Social Management of Project Involuntary Settlement:The Instance Analysis of Resettlement

工程项目非自愿移民的管理不善导致不少社会问题。非自愿移民的动迁、安置与发展,宜从个体、社区和整体三个层面着手,做好非自愿移民的心理辅导和情感抚慰,畅通其诉求表达渠道,推进公共服务均等化;加强移民社区建设,引进社会工作职业;改革基层行政管理结构,提高社会治理能力。

The ineffective management of the involuntary settlement project would give rise to many social problems.From the individual,community and holistic perspectives,this paper is geared towards exploring the involuntary settlers＇ relocation,resettlement and development by psychological counselling,easing their emotion,providing more channels to express their appeal and opening up more equal opportunities for public service.Additionally,the enhancement of the community construction of the settlers,the reform the administration structure at the grassroots level and the strengthening of the social governance are also the essential feasible solutions.
