摘要
介绍了新型动车组车体结构主要技术参数、车体的结构特点及主要零部件等。运用有限元软件对车体进行了有限元建模并基于EN12663标准对车体结构进行了强度和刚度分析,采用基于离散变量的尺寸优化法对结构薄弱处进行改进优化。通过对整车车体进行自由振动模态分析,明确了车体一阶垂向弯曲变形频率和振型,依据车体结构的静强度报告对测试数据和仿真结果进行对比并对试验和计算的差异进行了分析。
In this paper, the technical parameter, structure property and the main parts of the car body are introduced. The finite element model is created by Hyper Mesh, then, the car body FE model is analyzed based on EN12663, to assess the stress and the stiffness; the places which is flail is reinforced by dimension optimization method based on discrete variable. The elastic model analysis is done to find the first-order reversal bend in vertical plane frequency. According to structural static strength testing report for ca body, the testing results are analyzed and calculated results is contrasted.
