摘要
某公司32万吨/年C2回收装置Ⅱ系列半产品压缩机在运行过程中,干气密封突然失效,造成装置停车。对干气密封和压缩机系统进行了分析,得出密封失效的根本原因是:在设计初期对主密封气中介质带液及细小的粉尘处理措施考虑不周,造成第一道干气密封静环卡套与轴套间间隙被粉尘堵塞,动静环表面的螺旋槽磨损及静环随动性差,最终导致干气密封失效。根据原因分析,提出相应的解决方案为重新引入一股新氢作为主密封气。
