摘要
对小型多功能农业作业机中的施肥播种机模块进行了设计,使用农业机械设计手册,确定了排肥轴、排种轴的转速和尺寸等各项参数,并确定了外槽轮排种器的每转排种量、排肥星轮每转的排肥量,最后借助三维软件SolidWorks的建模方法,对小型多功能农业作业机中的施肥播种模块进行三维建模,为设计制造小型多功能农业作业机样机提供了理论基础。
In this study,we designed the fertilizing and seeding module of the small multifunctional agricultural machinery.We used the manual for agricultural machinery to decide the parameters such as the rotation speed and the size of the fertilizing shaft and the seeding shaft,the seeding amount per round of the seeding slot wheel,and the fertilizing amount per round of the fertilizing star wheel. Then we established the 3D model of the fertilizing and seeding module using SolidWorks. This study has provided theoretical basis for the production of the small multifunctional agricultural machinery.
