摘要
通过对东欢坨矿南一采区现有井下工程情况及煤层稳定性分析,结合东欢坨矿建筑物下(简称"建下")开采现状及目前国内建下开采技术水平,设计采用采宽60m、留宽70m的条带开采方案,并预计地表沉陷及移动变形。采用FLAC^(3D)有限差分法进行数值模拟,模拟结果显示,所采用的开采方案对地表造成的移动变形及沉陷均较小,能够保证对地表建筑物破坏在Ⅰ级以下。工程实践证明了模拟计算的准确性。该开采方案在一定程度上延长了矿井的服务年限,降低了煤炭生产成本,提高了煤炭生产效率。
Through analysis of the situation and seam stability in Donghuantuo mine No. 1 south mining area,combining with the mining situation under building and current domestic mining technology level,a strip mining scheme is designed with 60 m mining width,and 70 m retaining width,and the surface subsidence and deformation movement are predicted.FLAC3 Dfinite difference method is applied for numerical simulation,and the results show that,surface displacement and subsidence is small using the proposed scheme,which ensures the destruction degree of the surface buildings within grade I. Engineering practice has proved accuracy of the simulation. To some extent,the design can extend the mine service life,reduce coal production costs and improve the efficiency of coal production.
