摘要 针对普通注浆方式工艺复杂、效果不佳的问题,提出分层注浆工艺,即根据破碎围岩内部浆液扩散方式不同,将围岩划分为浅层和深层,配合新型无机双液注浆材料和组合注浆管,实现单孔、同种材料分层注浆,简化了施工工艺。结果表明:分层注浆工艺以完全渗流区为边界,将破碎围岩划分为浅层和深层,浅层以充填注浆为主,深层以渗透注浆和劈裂注浆为主;新型注浆材料性能可调范围大,有利于实现分层注浆工艺;与普通注浆段相比,分层注浆段两帮和顶底板收敛量分别减小至33.8%和30%,巷道初始剧烈变形位置从工作面前方45m缩减至工作面前方20m,加固作用显著。 Aiming at the complex process and poor effect of common grouting process, a layered grouting process is proposed. The surrounding rock is divided into shallow zone and deep zone according to the different diffusion ways of slurry. Along with the new double-fluid grouting material and tube combination,single-hole layered grouting with singlematerial is achieved,simplifying the construction process. The results show that: Layered grouting process divides the surrounding rock into shallow zone and deep zone by the boundary of complete vadose zone,shallow zone mainly uses filling grouting, while deep zone uses penetrating and fracturing grouting; the new grouting material is large- range adjustable,and benefit to achieve layered grouting; compared with common grouting segment,the convergence of ribs and roof-floor decreases to 33.8% and 30%,severe deformation position of the roadway in front of working face is reduced from 45 m to 20 m,the reinforcement effect is obvious.
