摘要
矿井瓦斯灾害是影响煤矿安全生产的重大因素之一,预抽煤层瓦斯可以有效地释放煤层中的瓦斯潜能,改变煤体本身的性质,达到消除煤层区域突出危险性的目的。为了解决郑煤集团大平煤矿井下瓦斯抽放钻孔抽采浓度低、抽放效果不达标、封孔质量差等问题,介绍了一种新型瓦斯抽采钻孔的封孔工艺,即钻屑回填囊袋式带压注浆封孔方法,并对其封孔原理、封孔方法、封孔效果和封孔成本等方面进行了论述。通过与大平矿现用的聚氨酯封孔工艺相对比,在封孔效果、封孔效率、工人劳动强度等方面有了很大改善,在实验室和大平矿井下实际钻孔进行封孔注浆,得到了良好的封孔效果,为矿井提高瓦斯抽采效果提供了理论和技术支撑。
Mine gas disaster is one of the major factors affecting coal mine safety production, gas pre- drainage can effectively release the gas potential in the coal seam,the nature of the change of coal itself,achieve the goal of eliminating coal seam outburst danger area. Aiming at the low gas concentration,substandard drainage effect and poor hole sealing effect,the paper introduces a new type gas drainage hole sealing process,namely the capsule bag pressured grouting hole sealing technology with drilling cuttings backfilling; analyzes the hole sealing principle, method of hole sealing, hole sealing effect and hole sealing cost,etc. Compared with the polyurethane sealing in Daping coal mine,the sealing effect,sealing efficiency,and labor intensity are greatly improved. Favorable effect is achieved in the laboratory test and hole grouting sealing practice in Daping mine.
