摘要
针对东滩煤矿143_上16工作面末采期间工作面压力显现明显、顶板管理困难等问题,提出了采取打注锚杆的方式固定上网钢丝绳,同时引进高强度聚酯纤维柔性网代替金属网进行整体敷设的末采上网技术,并从打注锚杆、穿钢丝绳、运柔性网、上柔性网、割煤工艺等方面论述了末采上网工艺。实践证明,该方法降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了上网速度和安全性,为大采高工作面末采创造了一条新的路径。
Aiming at the obvious mine pressure behavior and roof management difficulty during terminal mining of143upper16 working face of Dongtan coal mine,rock bolt inserting is applied to fix wire rope of the mesh,and high strength polyester fiber flexible mesh is introduced to replace metal mesh for overall mesh laying. The mesh laying technology is introduced from rock bolt inserting,flexible transporting and laying,and coal cutting. Practice has proved that the method reduces the labor intensity of workers,and improved the mesh laying speed and safety.
