摘要
平顶山煤业集团一矿四水平回风上山,设计长度833m,净断面积25.24m2,埋深1 075m,为大断面软岩巷道。根据"新奥法"支护原理和"充分发挥围岩自身承载力和主动支护"理念,巷道一次支护采用锚网索喷,二次支护采用高强度中空注浆锚杆+注浆,然后适时增加中空注浆锚索+注浆补强,即全锚注支护,效果很好。重点介绍了全锚注支护设计、施工工艺及施工效果,并对该项技术应用前景作了探讨。
An air return rise in the No.4Level of No.1Mine in Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group had a designed length of 833 m,a net cross section area of 25.24m^2 and a depth of 1 075 mand was a mine large cross section soft rock roadway.According to the support principle of the"new Austrian tunneling method"and the idea to "fully play a self load capacity and active support of the surrounding rock",a bolt/steel mesh/anchor/shotcreting was applied to the primary support of the mine roadway and a high strength hollow grouting bolt+grouting was applied to the secondary support of the mine roadway.Then a reinforcement was timely conducted on the hollow grouting anchor+grouting,was a full anchor grouting support and the effect was excellent.The paper focused on the introduction on the full anchor grouting support design,the construction technique and construction effect and had a discussion on the application prospects of the technology.
