Rapid Construction of Mine Shaft Ingate in Metal Mine

赤峰柴胡栏子黄金矿业有限公司4号立井,净直径5.5m,井深798m,共设13个中段,各中段设单向马头门。根据以往施工经验,马头门采用分层打眼法,先打上部拱顶眼,再打下部直墙眼,一次爆破成形。通过加强打眼班管理,严格控制各道工序时间,把每个马头门掘砌施工时间控制在了8d以内,实现了快速施工。

No.4 Mine Shaft of Chifeng Chaihu Lanzi Gold Mining Company Limited had a net diameter of 5.5mand a depth of 798 m.There were 13 middle sections in the mine shaft and each middle section would have a one way ingate.Based on the previous construction experiences,a slicing borehole drilling method was applied to the ingate.The roof boreholes of the top arch would be firstly drilled and then straight wall boreholes at the bottom of the arch would be drilled.The arch profile would be formed with one blasting operation.With the enhanced management of the drilling shift and a serious control of each procedure time,the excavation and lining construction time of each ingate should be controlled within 8days and thus the rapid construction would be realized.
