摘要
针对刘庄煤矿目前辅助运输系统存在的问题,提出了采用单轨吊运输的改造方案。以网络化、高效化、系列化为原则,将矿井划分为4个区域,采用主要石门地轨运输、区域内单轨吊运输的方式,进行单轨吊运输系统改造方案设计;并从单轨吊配套硐室布置、巷道改造、设备选型以及由此带来的经济效益等方面,进行对比分析,以期为煤矿工程实践提供参考。
According to the problems existed in the present auxiliary transportation system in Liuzhuang Mine,a reconstruction plan with a monorail transportation system was provided.With the network,high efficiency and seriation as the principle,the mine was divided into 4areas.A cross-cut floor railway transportation and area monorail transportation methods were mainly applied to the reconstruction plan design of the monorail transportation system.From the monorail matched chamber layout,mine roadway reconstruction,equipment selection,the economic benefit and others,a comparison analysis was conducted in order to provide the references to the practices of the mine engineering.
