摘要
目前,立井凿井井架主要有7种类型,可满足深度不超过1 000 m、直径不超过8m的井筒施工需要。新研制的特大型立井凿井井架,可满足深度1 200m、直径10~12m的井筒施工需要。经过多次实际安装,积累了大量丰富的现场组对和吊装施工经验,并不断加以总结完善,形成了一系列能够确保施工安全、安装精度高、节约工期、提高经济效益的特大型凿井井架安装技术。
At present,there were 7types mine shaft sinking headframes mainly.Those headframes could meet the construction requirements of the mine shaft with a depth not over 1 000 mand a diameter not over 8m.A new extra large mine shaft sinking frame was researched and developed and could meet the construction requirements of the mine shaft with a depth of 1 200 mand a diameter of 10~12m.With several actual installations of the headframes,great and rich construction experiences of the site component assembling and lifting installation were accumulated.And with the continued summarization and improvement,a series of the extra large mine shaft sinking headframe installation technology to ensure the construction safety,high accurate installation,a saved construction period and economic benefit improved was formed.
