摘要
介绍了在山西省中部引黄工程总干TBM2标隧洞施工掘进中以连续皮带机和有轨内燃机出渣两种常用的主洞运输系统的方案,通过工况参数计算分析及两种方案的对比,连续皮带机出渣方案不仅不影响TBM掘进速度,而且施工技术简单容易操作。因此,工程建议采用以连续皮带机出渣为主的主洞运输系统方案。
Two methods of continuous belt conveyor and railroad internal combustion engine slag which are commonly used in the main transport system of Lot TBM2 of Shanxi Central Yellow River Diversion Project were introduced in this paper. Through the analysis of the condition of parameter calculation and comparison of two schemes,the continuous belt conveyor slag scheme does not affect the TBM's driving speed,and the operation and construction technology are easy. Therefore,the continuous slag of belt conveyor was suggested as the main transport system solution.
