摘要 介绍了文峪河水库、水电站基本情况与工程地质情况,阐明了技术改造的必要性与主要内容。通过水文计算,确定装机容量维持2 500 k W不变,其年发电量696万k W·h,年利用小时数2 782 h;确定了水力机械设备选型,并对电气设备进行了具体设计。提出了工程投资概算,经济分析评价结果为净现值1 966.80万元,效益费用比2.24,内部收益率28.41%,投资效益显著,经济上合理可行。 The general information and the engineering geological conditions of the Wenyu River Reservoir and hydropower station were introduced. The necessity and main contents of the technical transformation were elaborated.Hydrological computation results show that the installed capacity remains to be 2500 kilowatt. Its annual energy output is 6.96 million kilowatt hours. The annual utilization hours are 2782 h. Hydraulic mechanical equipment types were determined,and the electrical equipments were detailed designed. The investment budget estimate was proposed.Economic analysis and evaluation results show that the net present value is 19.668 million yuan,the benefit-cost ratio is2.24,and the internal rate of return is 28.41%. The investment benefit is remarkable and economically feasible.
