摘要
概述了水生态文明的概念和内涵,以2010年为基准年,阐述了沁河流域水资源开发利用情况及水生态保护现状,指出了沁河流域水资源和水生态存在的主要问题,提出了沁河流域水生态文明指标体系构建的基本思路,这一指标体系可为沁河流域水生态文明建设提供一定参考。
The definition and connotation of water ecological civilization were summarized in this research. The year of 2010 was selected as the baseline year to introduce the development and utilization situation of water resources and water conservation status in the Qinhe River basin. The existing problems of water resources and water ecology in the Qinhe River basin were pointed out. The basic thought for establishing the index system of water ecological civilization construction in the Qinhe River basin was presented. This index system could provide reference for water ecological civilization construction in the Qinhe River basin.
