血清中有机磷农药乐果含量的GC-NPD测定法的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目前文献记载乐果的检测多为蔬菜和水果的残留量,对中毒病人血液中乐果的检测较少,本研究采用气相色谱法建立一种快速而又准确的检测病人血样中农药乐果含量的分析方法。以丙酮为萃提溶剂,氮磷检测器(NPD),HP-5毛细管柱,采用程序升温的方法,在4.51 min出现乐果色谱峰且峰形较好,在浓度为0.65~10.00μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r值为0.993 4,乐果检出下限为0.03μg/m L,回收范围是90.12%~95.34%,RSD值均小于5%。该方法分析时间短、准确度高,具有较高的临床应用价值。 A rapid and accurate detection of content of dimethoate in patients' blood samples was established by the gas chromatography. With acetone as extraction solven, using nitrogen and phosphorus detector(NPD) as well as chromatographic column for HP-5 capillary column,,the experimental results showed that dimethoate peak time is 4.51 min by temperature-programmed method. In the range of 0.65 μg/m L to 10 μg/m L, the linear relationship is good, and the correlation coefficient r value is 0.993 4, and the detection limit of dimethoate is 0.03 μg/m L, and the recovery range is 90.12% ~ 90.12%, while RSD values are less than 5%. The current literatures for the detection of dimethoate residues are mainly for fruits and vegetables, while the detection of dimethoate in the blood of poisoning patients is less. This testing method is fast and accurate, with high clinical application significance and innovation.
