超声检查乳腺癌的微钙化与人表皮生长因子受体-2 Ki-67 P53表达相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌超声检查中的微钙化与分子生物学指标人表皮生长因子受体-2(c-erbB-2),Ki-67及P53表达的相关性。方法对130例原发性乳腺癌病灶术前行乳腺超声检查,分析乳腺癌的超声表现及微钙化情况,将其分为微钙化组和无微钙化组,术后标本行免疫组织化学染色测定各组c-erbB-2、Ki-67、P53表达情况,并分析与超声表现微钙化之间的关系。结果 C-erbB-2、Ki-67及P53的阳性率在微钙化组和无微钙化组间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌的微钙化与分子生物学之间存在一定相关性,可根据其超声表现对癌灶的预后进行初步评估。 Objective To study the correlation between microcalcifications and molecular markers , including c-erbB-2, Ki-67, P53 in patients with breast cancer. Methods All the lesions were confirmed by operations. All the lesions underwent examinations of US, the ultrasonographic features of microcalcifications were analyzed, and all the lesions were divided into two groups according to the expression of microcalcifications . The correlation between ultrasonographic features of microcalcifications and molecular markers,including c-erbB-2, Ki-67and P53 were analyzed, and then run statistical analysis between them. Results The positive expression of c-erbB-2, Ki-67 and P53 between the two groups were of statistics significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions There is certain correlation between breast cancer ultrasongrouphic feature and molecular markers which may help us to predict prognosis cancer.
