煤巷综掘工作面临时支护装置的研制与应用 被引量:2

摘要 基于煤巷综掘临时支护技术的现状,研制了一种新型煤巷综掘临时支护装置,该装置利用永久支护顶板锚杆为悬吊载体,安装在煤巷掘进面空顶区域,提高掘进迎头空顶区顶板支护强度。通过前探梁、吊梁环和护顶金属网等主要构件,实现掘进面临时支护的防滑限位、角度可调、前探支护与护顶挂网同步等功能。现场应用结果表明,该装置井下装拆灵活方便,节省了临时支护时间,提高了支护效率,为综掘巷道迎头空顶区域支护安全和快速掘进提供了设备保障。 The backwardness of temporary support technology in the coal roadway was one of the key factors that restricted fully-mechanized coal roadway excavation. Based on the present status of the temporary support technology for the fully-mechanized mine roadway heading in China,the paper studied the new type temporary support device for the fully-mechanized roadway heading face. Taking the permanent supporting roof bolts as the hanging carriers,the flexible temporary support device was put to the unsupported roof area of the heading face and the support intensity of heading face unprotected area had improved significantly. The temporary support device,with the forepoling steel bars,slinger rings and roof protecting metal meshes,can realize the following functions,such as fixed non-slip support device,adjustable rotation angles,hanging beam and laying metal meshes synchronously. The application results show that this new temporary support device can be installed flexibly and improve the support efficiency for fully-mechanized roadway heading face. In addition,this new device has provided the effective equipment for supporting safety of the roadway heading face unprotected area.
