摘要
教师德性是教师在教育教学实践中逐渐养成的美好品质。本文从时间纵轴和内容横轴对西方教师德性研究进行了梳理和综述。作为一个研究领域,其逐渐从教师伦理研究领域脱离出来,转而研究自身内部的教师品质、德性培育、德性实践、知识与德性的关系等问题;但是仍然存在理论与实践结合不紧密、教师道德与教师德性研究边界不清晰、对教师德性的心理基础缺乏充分考证等方面的问题。
The moral virtues of teachers refers to the good qualities or dispositions which are cultivated in their teaching practice. This paper reorganizes and reviews researches in western countries from the vertical axis of time and the horizontal axis of themes. As a research field, it is the beginning to be divorced from the teachers' ethics. At recently, it studies some core topics within itself following the virtue-centered approach, such as teacher' s dispositions, the moral virtues euhivation, the moral virtues practice, the relationship between knowledge and the moral virtues. However, there are still some prob- lems existed in the research of moral virtues of teachers, such as the loose link between theory and practice, the vague boundary between teacher morality and teacher moral virtues, the insufficient research on the physiological base of the moral virtues of teachers.
