垂直协作对生猪养殖户健康养殖行为的影响研究——基于江苏、福建、江西、山东和四川省的调查数据

Influence of Vertical Coordination on Hog Farmers' Healthy Breeding Behavior: Based on Survey Data from Jiangsu,Fujian,Jiangxi,Shandong and Sichuan Province

采用OLS模型和工具变量法,结合我国5省754家生猪养殖户(场)的调查数据,实证分析生猪养殖户健康养殖行为以及垂直协作的现状,并从猪舍设计、苗猪繁育、饲料管理、医疗防疫和粪便处理5个关键环节考察垂直协作对养猪者健康养殖行为的影响。结果表明:在纠正内生性之后,养猪户加入紧密型垂直协作模式,在猪舍设计方面会更加科学,在饲料管理环节抗生素药用添加剂的使用概率显著降低;在苗猪繁育、医疗防疫和粪便处理环节,加入紧密型垂直协作模式对养猪户健康养殖水平的提升影响并不明显。垂直协作模式对于养猪户的健康养殖行为存在显著影响,但具体到健康养殖的各关键环节,影响程度和影响方向存在明显差异。

Using the OLS model and instrumental variable method and survey data of 754 5 provinces in China, an empirical analysis was made of the hog farmers＇ healthy breeding hog farmers from behavior and the present situation of vertical coordination. It found that after correcting the endogenous, hog farmers join close vertical cooperative mode, whose piggery will be designed more scientific, and use probability of medicinal ad- ditives antibiotic significantly reduced in feed management link.But,in the link such as hog breeding prevention and waste treatment, add close vertical cooperative mode on the promotion of the level of ers healthy breeding are not obvious.The influence for vertical cooperation mode to healthy breeding , epidemic hog farm- behavior of hog farmers is significant, but specific to key links of healthy breeding, there are existing significant differ- ences in the degree and the direction.
