摘要
目的:探讨白癜风患者外周血中白介素25(IL-25)、白介素17(IL-17)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取2015年1月-2015年12月本院门诊确诊治疗的白癜风患者120例作为白癜风组,同期选取体检科健康人员30例作为健康组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测所有研究对象外周血IL-25、IL-17、TGF-β的表达水平,并测量所有患者皮肤受损面积,应用Pearson相关性分析法分析IL-25、IL-17、TGF-β的表达水平与白癜风患者皮肤受损面积的关系。结果:白癜风组患者外周血中IL-25、IL-17、TGF-β的表达水平均明显高于健康组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析法分析结果显示,IL-25的表达水平与皮肤受损面积呈正相关(r=0.683,P<0.05),IIL-17的表达水平与皮肤受损面积呈正相关(r=0.576,P<0.05);TGF-β的表达水平与皮肤受损面积呈正相关(r=0.621,P<0.05)。结论:IL-25、IL-17、TGF-β的高表达可能与白癜风的发生发展有关,且与患者皮肤受损面积呈正相关关系,IL-25、IL-17、TGF-β的表达水平变化提示患者病情状态。
Objective:To discuss the clinical significance and the expression of patients with vitiligo in the peripheral blood interleukin 25(IL-25),interleukin 17(IL-17),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β).Method:A total of 120 patients with vitiligo were selected as vitiligo group,30 cases health person were selected as healthy group,enzyme-linked immunosorbent method was used to detect all the expression of IL-25,IL-17,TGF-β levels,Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the expression level of IL-25,IL-17,TGF-βand vitiligo skin damage area.Result:The vitiligo group expression level of IL-25,IL-17,TGF-β were higher than the healthy group(P〈0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that,the expression of IL-25(r=0.683,P〈0.05),IL-17(r=0.576, P〈0.05),TGF-β(r=0.621,P〈0.05) level were positively correlated with the damaged skin area.Conclusion:High expression of IL-25,IL-17,TGF-β May be associated with the development of vitiligo,and positively correlated relationship with the patient skin damage area,their expression level change state of patients.
