摘要
目的:探究CT、MRI在颅内海绵状血管瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2013年6月-2015年8月60例颅内海绵状血管瘤患者作为本次研究对象,所有患者均接受CT以及MRI检查,对不同检查诊断结果的差异性进行对比分析。结果:CT和MRI诊断颅内海绵状血管瘤的准确率、特异性、敏感性及检出率均较高,但CT联合MRI诊断颅内海绵状血管瘤准确率及检出率均明显高于CT或MRI单一检测(P<0.05)。结论:CT和MRI在颅内海绵状血管瘤诊断中的表现具有一定的差异性,两种方法诊断颅内海绵状血管瘤的效果均较好,但MRI结合CT诊断更加明确,对患者疾病的早期诊断十分有益,可为患者的治疗工作提供依据。
Objective:To explore the application value of diagnosis of CT,MRI in the intracranial cavernous hemangioma.Method:From June 2013 to August 2015,60 patients with intracranial hemangioma cavernous were select as the object of this study,the 60 patients all underwent CT and MRI,the diagnosis differences of CT and MRI were analyzed and compared.Result:The accuracy,specificity,sensitivity of CT and MRI diagnosis of intracranial cavernous hemangioma had higher detection rate,but accuracy and detection rate of CT combined with MRI diagnosis was significantly higher than CT and MRI(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Intracranial cavernous hemangioma diagnosis of CT and MRI's performance has some differences,CT and MRI method for diagnosis of intracranial cavernous hemangioma of the effects are good,MRI and CT diagnosis more clear,intracranial cavernous early diagnosis of tumors is very useful,can provide the basis for the treatment of patients.
