致密油藏分段压裂水平井合理试采方式研究 被引量:10

摘要 建立了致密油藏分段压裂水平井不稳定渗流模型,利用Galerkin有限元方法求得模型的数值解。针对H162井的实际情况,利用建立的模型模拟计算了定压、定产、间歇定压试采方式下的日产量、累计产量、井底流压以及平均地层压力,并对3种试采方式进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:间歇定压试采不仅可以获得较大的产能,而且能够很好地保持地层压力,H162井采用间歇定压试采方式较为合理。对H162井取得的试采数据进行历史拟合,拟合精度较高,说明了模型和求解方法的正确性。所获得的结果可为致密油藏分段压裂水平井的试采设计提供指导。 The transient flow model of multi-stage fractured horizontal well in tight oil reservoir is established and Galerkin finite element is used to obtain the model numerical solution. Based on field data of Well H162,the model is used to simulate the productions,cumulative productions,bottomhole pressures and average formation pressures under constant-pressure,constant-rate and intermittent constant-pressure production test modes and the 3 production test performances are comprehensively compared and analyzed. Research shows that intermittent constant- pressure production test mode cannot only gain relatively well productivity,but also could maintain formation pressure,and intermittent constant-pressure production test mode is applicable to Well H162. The production test history of Well H162 is matched,which indicates high agreement and illustrates the validity of model and solution. This research could provide certain guidance for production test design of multi-stage fractured horizontal well in tight oilreservoir.
