基于案例教学法的翻转课堂在《基础护理学》实训教学中的应用及评价 被引量:67

摘要 目的探究基于案例教学法的翻转课堂教学模式在《基础护理学》实训教学中的应用效果。方法选取我院2011级、2012级护理专业各30名应届本科生为研究对象,2012级为观察组,2011级为对照组,观察组采用基于案例教学法的翻转课堂教学方法 ,对照组采用传统教学方法 ,应用成绩考核与调查问卷评价2组教学效果。结果观察组实训考核成绩(83.53±10.44)分和自我导向学习能力(78.17±10.12)分优于对照组,观察组护生认为翻转课堂有利于激发学习兴趣和提高学习能力(P<0.05),且临床教师对观察组护生评价明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于案例教学法的翻转课堂提高了护生实训考核成绩,同时有利于培养人际沟通、健康教育和评判性思维等能力,促进了护生的专业成长。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of flipped classroom based on case method in the practice teaching of Fundamental of Nursing. Methods Thirty nursing undergraduates in grade 2011 and another 30 in 2012 were divided into control group and observation group randomly. Flipped classroom based on case method was applied in observation group while traditional teaching method in control group, then the teaching effect was evaluated through questionnaires and examination. Results The test scores and self-directed learning ability of observation group were better than those of control group. Students of observation group held flipped classroom was helpful to stimulate interest in learning and improve the learning ability and evaluation of clinical teachers in observation group was better than that in control group significantly (P〈0.05). Conclusion Flipped classroom based on case method can foster students’ practice performance, interpersonal communication skill, critical thinking, health education, etc.
