肿瘤患者静脉通路疑难问题院内护理会诊实践分析

Nursing Consultation on Difficult Problems in Venous Access for Tumor Patients

目的通过实施静脉通路专科护理会诊,进一步规范静脉通路管理,降低静脉通路相关并发症的发生率,提高护士应对的技能。方法在信息化管理的基础上,建立静脉护理会诊制度,选拔合适的会诊人员,开展全院静脉通路疑难问题的会诊。结果 2013年1月—2015年3月,全院共计开展静脉通路专科护理会诊73例,其中PICC相关问题为59例,占80.8%;其他静脉通路相关问题合计为14例,占10.9%;其中6例为肿瘤患者静脉通路选择问题。专科护士参与会诊62例;外科提出会诊申请31例。会诊后患者静脉通路问题得到妥善解决,总有效率为68.5%。结论静脉通路专科护理会诊制度的建立,实现了静脉通路同质化管理,保障了肿瘤患者静脉通路安全。

Objective To standardize the management of venous access, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nurses ’ ability to deal with complications related to venous access through the implementation of nursing consultation on venous access. Mothods On the basis of information management, venous nursing consultation system was established. Appropriate consultants were selected for carrying out consultation on the difficult problems of intravenous access. Results From January 2013 to March 2015, there were 73 cases of vein nursing consultation totally, 59 of which associated with PICC-related difficulities, accounting for 80.8%;other 14 cases were associatedwith venous access, accounting for 10.9%; and the left 6 cases were about the choice of venous pathway. Specialist nurses participated in 62 cases, and 31 cases were applied from surgical department. After the consultations, the problems of venous access were resolved properly, with an effective rate of 68.5%. Conclusion The establishment of the specialist nursing consultation system on venous access helps to realize the homogeneity management of venous access, and ensure the security of venous access in tumor patients.
