社区居民心理资本与生活满意度的关系

The Relationship Between Psychological Capital and Life Satisfaction on Community Residents

目的 了解社区居民心理资本与生活满意度的现状及其关系。方法 采用心理资本问卷和生活满意度指数问卷对259名曹家梁社区居民进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 不同性别、年龄、职务居民心理资本总分及各维度得分比较,差异无统计学意义;不同工作年限居民心理资本总分及希望、韧性、乐观维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义（F=2.49,3.60,3.13,2.95,P〈0.05）;不同工作年限居民生活满意度比较,差异有统计学意义（F=2.98,P〈0.05）;且居民心理资本与生活满意度呈显著相关（r=0.364）。结论 曹家梁社区居民心理资本和生活满意度的整体水平比较高,但工作3~5年的居民其心理资本和生活满意度水平较低。因此,在社区心理服务工作中,建构居民积极的心理资本模型,有针对性地对居民开展心理援助,将有助于提高其心理资本,进而增加对生活的满意度。

Objective To explore the relationship between psychological capital and life satisfaction. Methods Using psychological capital questionnaire and life satisfaction index questionnaire to investigate 259 residents of Cao Jaliang community. Results The results indicated that no significant differences were found between the psychological capital scores of sex, age and occupation. Concerning the psychological capital scores of residents with different working years, hope, resilience and optimism, their differences were statistically significant （F=2.49, 3.60,3.13,2.95, P〈0.05）, and remained so when comparing life satisfaction among residents with diverse working years（F = 2.98, P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, psychological capital positively correlated with life sat- isfaction（r=0.364）. Conclusions The level of psychological capital and life satisfaction among residents in Cao Jaliang community is relatively high as a whole, but it declines when people working for 3 to 5 years. Therefore, actions should be taken from the aspects of establishing positive psychological capital model and providing psychological assistance for target residents, which will help enhance their psychological capital and life satisfaction.
